ABOUT BLADDER Rx
What is Bladder Rx?
Bladder Rx is a daily UTI support supplement designed for women with recurrent urinary tract infections. It combines 10 active compounds targeting four biological pathways: adhesion, biofilm, bladder wall integrity, and inflammation.*
Unlike single-ingredient supplements, Bladder Rx addresses the multiple mechanisms that contribute to recurring UTIs.*
How is Bladder Rx different from other UTI supplements?
Most UTI supplements focus on one thing — usually D-Mannose or cranberry. Bladder Rx targets four pathways:
- Adhesion — D-Mannose and PACs act as decoys so bacteria flush out instead of sticking
- Biofilm — NAC and Epicatechin support your body's response to protective bacterial structures
- Bladder wall — Sodium Hyaluronate, Zinc, and Vitamin A support tissue integrity
- Inflammation — Quercetin and Apigenin support a healthy inflammatory response
One sachet. Four pathways. That's the difference.*
What's in Bladder Rx?
Bladder Rx™ contains a deliberately engineered blend of functional ingredients designed to support urinary tract health from multiple angles.
Each 8 g sachet delivers targeted sugars to help reduce bacterial attachment, compounds that support biofilm disruption, nutrients that help maintain the bladder’s protective lining, and ingredients that support inflammatory and nervous system balance.
There are no proprietary blends.
No hidden dosages.
No filler ingredients.
Every component is included for a specific role, at a disclosed amount, with the intention of long-term use and real-world compliance.
Is Bladder Rx a medication?
No. Bladder Rx is a dietary supplement, not a medication. It's designed to support urinary tract health, not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.*
If you have an active UTI with symptoms like fever, blood in urine, or severe pain, see a healthcare provider.
Is Bladder Rx FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA but do not require pre-market approval like drugs do. Bladder Rx is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA and complies with all FDA regulations for dietary supplements.
Is Bladder Rx vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. Bladder Rx is 100% vegan and gluten-free. No animal products, no gluten-containing ingredients.
Does Bladder Rx contain artificial ingredients?
No artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. The pink color comes from hibiscus. The slight sweetness comes from stevia leaf extract.
HOW TO USE
How do I take Bladder Rx?
Bladder Rx is a daily UTI support supplement designed for women with recurrent urinary tract infections. It combines 10 active compounds targeting four biological pathways: adhesion, biofilm, bladder wall integrity, and inflammation.*
Unlike single-ingredient supplements, Bladder Rx addresses the multiple mechanisms that contribute to recurring UTIs.*

- Are under 18 years old
- Are allergic to any listed ingredients
- Have a current kidney infection (see a doctor immediately)
- Are taking nitroglycerin (NAC interaction)
Consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medications.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
How long does Bladder Rx take to work?
Everyone's different. Some women notice changes in urgency and comfort within 1-2 weeks. Cumulative support builds over 4+ weeks of consistent use.
This isn't a quick fix — it's a reset. Give it at least 30 days.
What results can I expect?
Bladder Rx is designed to support urinary tract health over time.* Women using Bladder Rx may notice:
- Reduced urgency and discomfort*
- Fewer UTI-related disruptions*
- More confidence around intimacy*
- Less reliance on reactive solutions*
Individual results vary. Bladder Rx supports your body — it doesn't override it.
Will Bladder Rx cure my UTI?
No. Bladder Rx is not a cure for UTIs. It's a daily support supplement designed to help maintain urinary tract health.*
If you have an active UTI with symptoms like burning, fever, or blood in urine, see a healthcare provider. You may need antibiotics.
Will Bladder Rx prevent UTIs?
We cannot claim that Bladder Rx prevents UTIs — that would be a drug claim, and Bladder Rx is a supplement. What we can say is that Bladder Rx supports urinary tract health through multiple biological pathways.*
Many women use Bladder Rx as part of their daily routine to support their body's natural defenses.*
Why do I need to take it for 30 days?
Most UTI support compounds need consistent use to build cumulative effect. The ingredients in Bladder Rx work by supporting your body over time — not by delivering a one-time dose.
Two weeks isn't enough to see what the formula can do. Thirty days gives your body time to respond.
What if Bladder Rx doesn't work for me?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email hello@bladder-rx.com with your order number and we'll refund you. No hoops, no guilt trip.
INGREDIENTS DEEP DIVE
What does D-Mannose do for UTIs?
D-Mannose is a simple sugar that bacteria prefer over your bladder wall. E. coli (the bacteria responsible for 80-90% of UTIs) use hair-like structures called fimbriae to grip bladder cells. D-Mannose acts as a decoy — bacteria bind to it instead, then flush out when you urinate.*
We use 2,000mg per sachet — the dose most commonly studied for urinary tract support.
What is NAC and why is it in Bladder Rx?
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is an amino acid derivative with multiple mechanisms relevant to UTI support. It helps break down biofilms — the protective structures bacteria build to hide from antibiotics and your immune system.*
NAC also supports your body's production of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant.* We use 600mg per sachet.
What are PACs and why do they matter?
PACs (proanthocyanidins) are compounds found in cranberries that help prevent bacteria from re-adhering to the bladder wall after they've been flushed out.* Not all cranberry supplements contain meaningful PAC levels — we include 36mg of PACs per sachet.
What does Sodium Hyaluronate do?
Sodium Hyaluronate is the salt form of hyaluronic acid. In the bladder, it supports the GAG (glycosaminoglycan) layer — the protective lining that shields bladder cells from irritants and bacteria.*
Repeated UTIs can damage this layer. Sodium Hyaluronate supports its integrity and repair.* We use 150mg per sachet.
What is Quercetin used for?
Quercetin is a flavonoid with natural anti-inflammatory properties.* Chronic bladder inflammation can contribute to urgency, discomfort, and the cycle of recurrent UTIs. Quercetin supports a healthy inflammatory response.*
We use 250mg per sachet.
What does Apigenin do?
Apigenin is a flavonoid found in chamomile and other plants. It supports calm and comfort in the urinary tract, helping to ease urgency and irritation.* We use 100mg per sachet.
Why is there hibiscus in Bladder Rx?
Hibiscus serves two purposes: it provides natural flavor (so the sachet actually tastes good) and it has traditional use in supporting urinary tract health.* We use 300mg of hibiscus extract per sachet.
What does Epicatechin do?
Epicatechin is a flavonoid found in green tea and cacao. It supports your body's response to bacterial biofilms — the protective structures that make recurrent infections so persistent.* We use 150mg per sachet.
RECURRENT UTIs
What is a recurrent UTI?
A recurrent UTI is defined as having two or more urinary tract infections in six months, or three or more in one year. For many women, recurrent UTIs become a frustrating cycle that significantly impacts quality of life.
Why do I keep getting UTIs?
Recurrent UTIs aren't caused by bacteria floating in your urine. They're caused by bacteria that:
- Adhere to your bladder wall using sticky, hair-like structures
- Hide in biofilms — protective structures antibiotics can't penetrate
- Invade bladder cells, creating reservoirs that re-emerge later
- Persist due to damage to your bladder's protective lining
Addressing only one of these mechanisms often isn't enough. That's why single-ingredient supplements frequently fail for women with recurrent UTIs.
Why do I get a UTI after sex?
Sexual activity is one of the most common triggers for UTIs in women. During sex, bacteria (usually E. coli from the gut) can be pushed toward the urethra. Women have shorter urethras than men, making it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder.
"Honeymoon cystitis" is a real phenomenon — it's why many women experience UTIs at the start of new relationships or during periods of increased sexual activity.
Post-sex UTIs aren't about hygiene. They're about anatomy and bacterial mechanics.
Why doesn't peeing after sex prevent UTIs?
Urinating after sex can help flush some bacteria from the urethra, but it doesn't address bacteria that have already adhered to the bladder wall or begun forming biofilms.
If peeing after sex worked reliably, recurrent UTIs wouldn't be such a widespread problem.
Why don't antibiotics stop my UTIs from coming back?
Antibiotics kill bacteria in your urine and bladder — but they struggle to penetrate biofilms and can't reach bacteria that have invaded bladder cells. These "hidden" bacteria become reservoirs for future infections.
Additionally, frequent antibiotic use can disrupt your gut and vaginal microbiome, potentially increasing susceptibility to future infections.
What is a biofilm?
A biofilm is a protective structure that bacteria build around themselves. Think of it like a fortress — bacteria cluster together and produce a slimy matrix that shields them from antibiotics and your immune system.
Biofilms are a major reason why UTIs recur. The bacteria aren't gone — they're hiding.
What is the GAG layer?
The GAG (glycosaminoglycan) layer is a protective mucus lining inside your bladder. It acts as a barrier between bladder cells and the urine (and any bacteria) inside.
Repeated infections can damage this layer, leaving bladder cells more exposed and vulnerable to bacterial adhesion and irritation.
Can UTIs cause permanent damage?
Uncomplicated UTIs that are properly treated typically don't cause permanent damage. However, repeated infections can contribute to chronic inflammation and damage to the bladder lining over time.
Kidney infections (which can develop from untreated bladder infections) are more serious and require immediate medical attention.
When should I see a doctor for a UTI?
See a healthcare provider if you experience:
- Fever or chills
- Blood in your urine
- Severe back or side pain (possible kidney infection)
- Symptoms that don't improve within 2-3 days
- Symptoms that return immediately after finishing antibiotics
- UTIs while pregnant
Bladder Rx is a daily support supplement — it's not a replacement for medical care when you need it.
