Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email hello@bladder-rx.com.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We cannot predict or control these charges.
Bladder Rx is classified as a dietary supplement. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for supplements before ordering.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package appears delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
- Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
