We stand behind Bladder Rx. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund you. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- Request a refund within 30 days of delivery
- Applies to first-time purchases of each product
- Opened and partially used products are eligible — we want you to actually try it
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@bladder-rx.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. We do not refund already-shipped subscription orders, but our 30-day guarantee still applies to your first order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@bladder-rx.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Products not purchased directly from bladder-rx.com
- Bulk or wholesale orders (contact us to discuss)
